PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Transformation of a dated two-story house into a two-story duplex, delivering approximately 3,200 sq ft of living space. The project focuses on reconfiguring and expanding the existing structure to create two well-defined residential units, aligned with modern living standards.

PROJECT CHALLENGES

The property’s close proximity to the neighbouring structure introduced significant construction constraints. Limited clearance along the side required careful planning for access, sequencing, and execution. In addition, retaining portions of the existing walls added structural complexity, requiring precise coordination and controlled construction methods to ensure stability throughout the process.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Complete construction services from permit drawings through to final delivery, including project management, structural coordination, and inspections oversight. The project is currently under construction, with completion anticipated for May 15, 2026.
