Atlas Garden Suite
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A major renovation and conversion of an existing rear garage into a two-storey garden suite, delivering approximately 1,100 sq ft of livable space. The project reimagined the structure into a fully independent residential unit, designed to maximize functionality within a compact footprint.
PROJECT CHALLENGES
Limited site access created logistical constraints throughout construction, requiring careful planning for material delivery and trade coordination. In addition, the presence of three separate tenant groups in the main house required ongoing communication, scheduling adjustments, and a controlled construction approach to minimize disruption over the full project duration.
