Graham Gardens Residence
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A full transformation of a dated two-story residence into a modern duplex, creating approximately 2,100 sq ft of living space in the upper unit and an additional 600 sq ft basement suite. The project included major structural modifications, expanded living areas, and a complete modernization of the home to deliver two well-resolved residential units.
PROJECT CHALLENGES
The project required retaining the existing brick side walls, which created structural and sequencing complexities throughout construction. Temporary bracing and stabilization had to be carefully planned and executed while new structural components were introduced. Through disciplined planning, engineering oversight, and efficient site management, the project was completed safely and successfully.
