PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Transformation of a dated two-storey house into a new custom dwelling, delivering approximately 3,200 sq ft of living space. The project involved a complete rebuild, resulting in a refined, purpose-built residence designed to meet contemporary standards of functionality, performance, and spatial quality.
PROJECT CHALLENGES
The site’s topography introduced considerable complexity, requiring a carefully coordinated approach to shoring and stormwater management. Addressing grade variations and ensuring proper drainage demanded detailed planning, engineering input, and precise execution throughout the construction process.
